As a body and soul clarity coach, I help my clients find their path to living a healthy and passion-filled life. My clients discover how to nourish their bodies through food and self care while reconnecting with who they are at their core, creating a space for healing as well as learning to trust their inner guidance so they can find peace, joy, and clarity around their passion and purpose. Along the way weight is lost, energy is boosted, hormones are balanced, and being radiant on the outside AND inside becomes the norm.

I wake up each day excited to work with my clients in my cleanses, group programs and private mentorships, and the way I have structured my coaching practice allows me the freedom to work from where I choose, be with my family, and take time for myself. I am thankful to have a career I love that fits my lifestyle.

But it wasn’t always this way.

Back in 2008 I was a mom of two young children who was 20 pounds overweight, fatigued, suffering from IBS and dealing with acne (who wants that after high school?!). On top of all of that I was diagnosed with psoriasis, which is an autoimmune disease with symptoms that involve the skin. I had patches behind my knees, on my eyelids, between my fingers, and even in between my buttocks that would itch as well as painfully split and bleed. I was at odds in my relationships and feeling lost in my life. All in all I was a mess.

I was told that there was nothing I could do and that I should just take my medication and come back when it stopped working to get something stronger. The more I thought about it, however, the more I felt my body had to be telling me something. How could it not all be connected? So I started researching everything I could, and got the support I needed to make major changes to my diet and how I was living my life. I ditched gluten after I discovered I had a severe gluten intolerance. I also had a major addiction to sugar that was wreaking havoc on my system, and so learned how to incorporate more whole foods and naturally sweet foods into my diet. I also realized that managing my stress and enjoying life more was a big piece of the puzzle.

My life is unrecognizable now. I easily lost the weight and healed my fatigue, IBS, acne and psoriasis. I have a stronger marriage and am a happier mom because of my journey. I also found my passion and career as a coach. I frequently say I am thankful for all of my health challenges, because otherwise I would not be where I am today.
